Can you imagine waking up one day and not being able to move your body?

I lived that moment. I was 38, a wife, a mother, and thriving in my career when I woke up one morning to find my body locked in pain.

That morning in 2002 marked the beginning of my journey with rheumatoid arthritis.​​

I’m Lola, the founder of Lola’s Health Rebellion, and I’ve spent the last two decades rewriting my story—naturally.

 

Today, in my sixties, I live pain-free, full of energy, and completely medication-free.​ Now, I help others do the same with my program.

 

This rebellion isn’t just mine—it can be yours too.
