HOW YOUR BLOOD TYPE
INFLUENCES YOUR HEALTH
Each blood type has a genetic message which tell you the foods
that benefit you and the foods that are harmful, the harmful
foods behave like a superglue to your cells, slowing down
healthy progress and encouraging inflammatory diseases like
Rheumatoid Arthritis.
From my own experience... discovering that for my blood type,
a healthy food I ate most days thinking it being a super healthy
option 'chicken', was in fact so harmful to me specifically and
was creating massive inflammation causing indescribable pain,
and yet once I eliminated it from my foods within weeks I saw a
significant change.
Now, for other blood types 'chicken' is indeed a healthy low-fat
source of protein that I encourage to be included in a balanced
anti-inflammatory way of eating, just not for anyone who has
the same blood type as me.

The link between your blood type and your immunity is determined by too many or not enough of chemical markers called antigens. These antigens added up will make your blood type. So, when you take on foods that are not compatible to your antigens, they are seen as foreign substances and the body reacts to them negatively. Blood type A’s path to arthritis involves the overwhelming production of selectins (proteins) that triggers inflammation. A diet low in protein and fats – especially red meats – is a crucial strategy to fight arthritis, as high fat protein increases levels of E-selectin which promotes inflammation, where soy and other vegetable proteins lower them.
Here are the leading headline foods for Blood Type A to include and avoid in their diet – (There is a more extensive list for both categories, it’s just these foods feature as the top ten)
