Reversing symptoms by generating new healthy cells.

Did you know that your body replaces its own cells regularly. About 330 billion daily, that is equivalent of about 1% of all of your cells in your body.

This blows my mind! What it essentially means is that after around 80 – 100 days there’s a turnover of 30 trillion cells. Thirty trillion old cells have been replaced with 30 trillion new ones – creating a new you!

So, what is the potential of changing the way your body is performing?

Is it as simple as new cells new body?

No unfortunately, in reality it’s not as easy as that, and this is because if you repeat the same lifestyle choices that has currently been made, the new cells produced will be exactly the same as the old ones.

But what if you changed your lifestyle choices and created new healthier habits, how would that effect the new cells.

There is scientific evidence now that it’s indeed possible to create new healthy cells by introducing new behaviour changes like regular exercise, which helps to increase stem cell activity and support healthy inflammation pathways and using diet to rapidly increase the stem cell production.

My own results (and my clients) have shown by practising life styling techniques has led to a significant impact in health. Making these choices has ignited healing by decreasing any underlying inflammation and producing a new reality that has reversed any chronic pain.

Here are the four most important areas that changes need to be made to encourage the birth of new healthier cells –

i. Food. What you eat and when it makes a significant effect, following a healthy balanced diet eliminating foods that cause inflammation and increasing the foods that have anti-inflammatory properties in your daily intake helps renew healthy cells. In particular, foods that are high in alkaline help repair and renew body cells. There is also strong evidence that practising intermittent fasting helps reduce inflammation and produce healthier cells. My normal practise is to intermittent fast for a minimum of 5 out of 7 days, where I will eat within an eight-hour window and fast for 16 hours. This works for me as I like to have 8 hours sleep, leaving me an equal amount of hours of eating and fasting.

ii. Exercise. Is a way of improving your cell quality. By exercising regularly, old damaged cells are broken down and new healthier cells replace them. Weight lifting exercises improves muscle health by renewing its cellular powerhouse: the mitochondria. These are crucial to the good functioning of our bodies as well as to our overall health and longevity.

iii. Meditation. Within an altered state of consciousness, the body’s able to repair itself due to a decreased level of stress hormones. Total relaxation allows the cells to more easily reproduce for new growth and repair damage that leads to disease. Just 15 minutes a day of clearing your mind can alter your cell function. A 2017 Harvard Medical Study showed after meditations practised daily for fifteen minutes over eight weeks – 172 genes that control inflammation had predominately changed.

iv. Breathing Exercises. Making good breathing a part of your day will facilitate healing. This can be practised while exercising – cooling down, or as part of your meditation or anywhere really. It’s all about taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, the main goal is to deliver oxygen to every cell in your body, while also removing carbon dioxide.

In summary, by using all of these practises simultaneously there is a very strong chance of making new healthier cells – it is possible to take chronically inflamed cell tissues and gradually over time have them replaced with healthy cell tissues. I know I’ve reversed my symptoms, and once I had learned the right formula it happened quicker than I could’ve ever imagined.
